Social Media Fulfillment Specialist

Position Description

Does using social media light you up? And do you love small businesses? Recently acquired by Infusionsoft, GroSocial helps meet the growing customer and market demands for an effective, easy-to-use social media marketing software tool that helps small businesses generate qualified leads. We are looking for a Social Media Fulfillment Specialist who will provide top notch service to our customers to help them get up and running with GroSocial. This person will coach our customers to be successful in the product, maximizing the leads they generate through social media.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage customers with the software in a way that brings them value
  • Support multiple customers at any given time through AMAZING pipeline and time management skills
  • Effectively coach customers to build their capability of being successful in the software
  • Create raving fans of our software who will promote us to their friends and family

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone skills
  • Proven track record of a solid work ethic
  • Superior knowledge of social media
  • Uses social media on a daily basis
  • Proven experience of demonstrating exceptional follow-up, follow-through, and organizational skills

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Some sales and/or persuasion skills

Social Media Support Specialist

Position Description

The customer support/social media specialist will help our customers achieve the social media marketing results they expect from using our products and services.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling all inbound support inquiries via chat, email, and telephone
  • Monitoring GroSocial’s twitter feed and facebook page for questions, inquiries, comments, etc. and respond accordingly
  • Following up on customer cancellations to resolve concerns, answer questions, and discover reasons for canceling
  • Proactively reaching out to customers and learning about their social media needs to help determine appropriate product improvements
  • Constant awareness of how to improve our tool, paying attention to customer complaints and requests for new and improved features
  • The person who is offered this position will have an opportunity to make a real difference at GroSocial, immediately impact customer satisfaction and company success from day one, and to learn and grow with an expanding start-up in the fast paced field of social media.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and familiarity with email and online chat applications
  • In-depth knowledge of facebook, twitter, google+, and other social media sites

Position Description

We are looking for a ScrumMaster, whose primary responsibilities will be to organize, implement, and drive our scrum development process. Looking for new challenges, autonomy over your ideas, and a place where you can provide immediate impact? This is where you want to be.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Filling the role of ScrumMaster for the product development team
  • Facilitating the scrum/agile process
  • Mediate goal conflicts between technical and business needs/wants
  • Assist in writing user stories
  • Assist in prioritizing product backlogs
  • Organize and implement release planning

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be able to speak both from a technical level and a business level in order to mediate goals from both sides
  • Has a work hard/play hard attitude that will flourish in an open, collaborative, development environment
  • Must show confidence in their ability to accept and process ideas, but be tough enough to say “no”
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Must be organized and have a keen eye for detail and follow up

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an agile development environment
  • Previous direct experience as a ScrumMaster
  • General understanding of the following technologies in order to work closely with developers: PHP, MySQL, Javascript, Git, CodeIgniter, MVC, Linux, Facebook and Twitter APIs

  • No travel required. This position is based in Lehi, Utah and there are no relocation packages for this position.

PHP Web Developer

Minimum Qualifications:

  • All skills require a minimum of 2 years experience: PHP, MySQL, Javascript (demonstrate more than just a knowledge of prebuilt plugins), JQuery

GroSocial is looking for an energetic and pro-active Office Manager who has experience in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks, with a strong focus on bookkeeping/AP. The ideal candidate will have an infectiously positive attitude, be organized, confident, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a dynamic social media company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Invoicing partners
  • Office management
  • Ordering & stocking supplies
  • Supporting in each area of the business
  • Catering/ordering lunches/scheduling offsite meetings
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations

Position Description

We are looking for a natural leader to lead the charge for online marketing at GroSocial. This person will be responsible for creating our online marketing strategy and executing it from start to finish. They will manage each piece of online marketing and will ultimately ensure that we 1. Increase subscription revenue 2. Generate qualified leads & 3. Generate qualified traffic.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage traditional and online marketing
  • Analyze performance of programs, ensuring ROI and LTE of programs are met
  • Cross-channel analytics reporting
  • Research and capitalize on promotional opportunities
  • Manage marketing budget and manage spend

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong online marketing experience
